'Balwa's brother yet to reveal money trail'

The CBI told a special court that Asif Balwa and Rajeev Agarwal have not made available the pact executed between Cineyug Ltd and Kalaignar TV to the agency.

NEW DELHI: The CBI on Wednesday told a special court that Asif Balwa and Rajeev Agarwal, arrested for their role in the 2G scam for transferring Rs 206 crore to Kalaignar TV, have not made available the pact executed between Cineyug Ltd and Kalaignar TV to the agency.

"The accused have to be confronted with other witnesses and the agreement they have given to us seems to be fabricated," CBI counsel said while seeking two-day custody of the accused. The agency said that both the accused were not producing the original documents related to the first agreement dated December 19, 2008 between Cineyug and Kalaignar TV.
