Airtel introduces lifetime prepaid card at Rs 495

NEW DELHI: Telecom service provider Bharti Airtel on Thursday introduced lifetime prepaid card for Rs 495, which will allow its customers to avail free incoming throughout life.

Under the new offer, a user will get full talktime on all future recharges but has to use a minimum of Rs 200 every 180 days to continue with the lifetime scheme, the company said in a statement here.

"This offer marks our strategic intent to drive further affordability and consumption in the prepaid segment," Bharti Airtel president (Mobile Services) Sanjay Kapoor said.
