Airtel allows unlimited validity on some prepaid data tariff plans

NEW DELHI: Airtel announced unrestricted validity on prepaid data tariff plans, allowing customers to space out the mobile broadband usage over time.

Airtel said, it the tariff plan was the first -of-its-kind innovation in India’s prepaid mobile. The statement issued by the company said, the unrestricted validity plan breaks away from the conventional validity expiry model and offers early data users the flexibility of consuming internet services without worrying about expiry of the validity period.

Ajai Puri, director market operations at Bharti Airtel said, “As a company that is deeply passionate about ‘Customer First’, it is our constant endeavor to find newer ways to enrich our customer's lives”. Puri added that the company was proud to launch India's first unrestricted validity data plans.
