The Rajasthan tourism department with tourism ministry and FICCI is organising a travel extravaganza - The Great Indian Travel Bazaar 2008 - from 21 April in Jaipur.

JAIPUR: The Rajasthan tourism department with tourism ministry and FICCI is organising a travel extravaganza — The Great Indian Travel Bazaar 2008 — from 21 April in Jaipur. The aim of this travel mart is to explore the business opportunities in the untapped tourism sectors including South Africa, Latin America, China, Middle East and East Africa.
The Rajasthan Principal secretary tourism Mira Mehrishi told ET that around 100 international tour operators from across the globe would participate in this exhibition. “We have invited tour operators from countries which don’t contribute much in revenue generated from tourism,” she said.
