Swiggy forays into dedicated travel concierge service with CREW

New Delhi: CREW, the premium concierge platform from the Swiggy ecosystem announced its entry into the travel space as a dedicated personal travel concierge offering on Thursday.

Swiggy said CREW is a 'destination expert' that plans, books and curates the entire journey, with on-site assistance for big and small trips.

The company said CREW is available around the clock and across time zones, and it offers real-time itinerary changes, local recommendations and everyday assistance while travellers are away from home, with human concierges backed by AI to keep responses 'fast', 'consistent' and 'personalised'.

Rohit Kapoor, CEO, Swiggy Food Marketplace said the problem was never the destination. "It was always the gap between the booking and the experience. That's what we built CREW for. A personal travel concierge that stays with you before the trip, through the trip, and when the plan inevitably needs a new plan. Great prices to get you started. Real support for everything after," he added.

The company said travellers can get 'exclusive', member-only hotel rates and priority pricing through CREW's partner network, available only to CREW members.
