MakeMyTrip highlighted the challenges travellers generally face including that of a uniform approach in flight bookings that overlooks the nuances of premium experiences especially critical to long-haul travel.
The new service provides a centralized platform where every traveller can access detailed, relevant information, enabling well-informed decision-making.
"This premium flow is embedded within the platform and gives travellers booking an international business or first-class ticket, access to detailed information like seat recline, position, in-flight entertainment, meals, and more," the company said in a media release.
For the same, the company said it has partnered with several airlines, ensuring detailed information is made available across a selection of top-tier options and will keep expanding it to all major airlines in the upcoming weeks.
