Luxury cruise boats will soon start its operation in Kerala

Luxury cruise boats would soon start its operation in the Kerala backwaters thanks to the initiative taken by a Kochi based company called Majas Travels, Tours and Logistics.

Majastique - 1, the cruise boat, can accommodate 149 people during voyage. The boat will take the tourists to the different islands scattered across the Kochi backwater area.

The double-decker boat has a party area, a space for holding business conferences and a seafood specialty restaurant. The boat will cruise the backwaters during the day time.

During the night it will serve as a floating restaurant. "We have engaged reputed international experts to set the boat to the global standards", said Sandeep Sajan, chief operating officer and director of Majas Travels, Tours and Logistics.
