Travel brand Cox & Kings on Tuesday officially relaunched its Duniya Dekho group tour series. The programme, which originally introduced many Indians to international travel, returns under Cox & Kings’ renewed identity following its acquisition by global private equity firm Wilson & Hughes.

The relaunch comes as Indian travellers increasingly seek secure, organised, and culturally familiar travel options abroad.

According to the company’s official release, for many, Duniya Dekho represents a familiar framework for exploring international destinations without the challenges often associated with first-time overseas travel.

About Duniya Dekho

First launched in the 2000s, Duniya Dekho quickly became widely recognised for offering structured international travel with features tailored to Indian travellers, including Indian meals abroad, managed itineraries, guided tours, and simplified visa processes.

The programme was popular in both metropolitan and smaller towns, and its recall has remained strong even during its hiatus.

The relaunch is aimed at a range of travellers, including multi-generational families, seniors seeking secure itineraries, young couples balancing guidance with flexibility, and first-time international travellers who prefer well-organised plans.

While the tours maintain the trusted format of the past, they also include contemporary updates.

Modernised Offerings and Itineraries

The revived series focuses on:
  • Enhanced planning and value, with clear cost structures and guaranteed departures
  • Smaller, more interactive group sizes for a personalised experience
  • Broader destination coverage, including Europe, Japan, Dubai, and Vietnam
  • Improved digital tools, including streamlined itineraries and service updates

Speaking on the relaunch, Cox & Kings Director Karan Agarwal said, “Duniya Dekho was never just a product; it was a comfort system for Indian travellers. As we bring it back, we’ve reimagined it for a generation that values transparency, ease, and deeper cultural experiences, while keeping the assurance people trust Cox & Kings for.”
