BLS International reports revenues of Rs 891 cr for Q1FY27, PAT at Rs 202 cr

BLS International, that works with governments for visa, passport and consular services has reported revenues of Rs 891 crore for quarter one of this fiscal, up 25% year on year. The company reported a net profit of Rs 202 crore, up 11.4% year on year.

The company said its EBITDA increased by 23.6% year on year to Rs 252 crore during the quarter under review.

Shikhar Aggarwal, joint MD at BLS International Services Ltd. said the company's 'diversified' geographic footprint and operating model have enabled it to navigate external challenges while continuing to capture growth opportunities.


"The visa and consular services business remained a key growth engine, delivering 21.6% revenue growth and 21.5% increase in EBITDA," said Aggarwal.

"This performance was driven by strong operating leverage, a favourable business mix, and continued focus on process efficiencies," he added.

The digital services of the company recorded a 32.2% revenue growth and 45.5% increase in EBITDA during the quarter.

"Looking ahead, we are well-positioned to capture long-term growth opportunities across our Visa and consular and digital businesses, supported by rising global mobility, expanding government outsourcing, and continued investments in technology and operational excellence," said Aggarwal.

The company said the number of visa applications during the quarter stood at 11.3 lakh applications.

The net revenue per application stood at Rs. 3,521 for quarter one compared to Rs. 3,167 for the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, a growth of 11.2% year on year.
