MUMBAI: Vishal Retail on Friday said it has withdrawn the merger of Vishal Waterworld with itself.
The High Court of Delhi has granted the withdrawal of scheme of merger of Vishal Waterworld with the company, Vishal Retail said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
However, the company has not disclosed the details for the withdrawal of its merger plans.
