Vishal Retail Q3 net loss narrows to Rs 19.37 cr

MUMBAI: Retail player Vishal Retail on Saturday reported a net loss of Rs 19.37 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2010.

The company had a net loss of Rs 120.91 crore in the same period last year, Vishal Retail said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.

Total income of the company rose to Rs 302.70 crore in the October-December quarter from Rs 300.78 crore in the same period year-ago, it added.

Shares of the company had ended 0.76 percent lower in the last trading session on the BSE, hitting a record low of Rs 25.15.
