JABALPUR: Local vegetable vendors today protested opening of Reliance Fresh outlets and took out a rally alleging that the move will ruin their businesses.
Workers of Madhya Pradesh Phal Sabji Vikreta Mahasangh (fruit and vegetable seller union), took out a rally to the Collectorate protesting multinational companies entering the retail markets in the state.
The protesters, who refrained from running their businesses, alleged that Reliance Fresh stores opened in the city will ruin their businesses and threatened to continue their demonstration.
