Top Myntra executive Ganesh Subramanian quits

NEW DELHI: Myntra’s head of new initiatives Ganesh Subramanian has quit his post, becoming the first top-level executive to leave the online fashion retailer after Ananth Narayanan was appointed CEO.

“I am starting something on my own in the consumer internet space,” Subramanian, who has also held the post of COO of Myntra, said.

A spokesperson for Myntra said Subramanian will continue at the company until October end. As head of new initiatives, Subramanian was working on algorithm to identify fashion trends and to turn Bengaluru-based Myntra into a fast-fashion online retailer.
