Tesco HSC renamed Tesco Bengaluru

NEW DELHI: Tesco HSC, the technology and retail operations hub for British retailer Tesco, has been renamed Tesco Bengaluru, the company said in a news release.

The Bengaluru-based company builds technology products and platforms, design stores and manages finance and retail operations for Tesco.

It was set up in May 2004 to enable standardisation and build centralised capabilities and competencies, which can be leveraged across the Tesco group. The range of work done at the centre covers the entire spectrum of retail-IT, business, finance, commercial and supply chain, and property services.
