JioMart records 200+% growth in quick hyper local delivery segment

Reliance Retail's JioMart announced that the digital commerce platform recorded a 200%+ YoY growth in Q2 FY26 in average daily orders in Quick Hyper-Local deliveries. The platform added 5.8 million new customers during Q2, up 120% QoQ.

It runs operations across 5,000 pin codes serviced by 3,000+ stores in 1,000+ cities in India. JioMart also extended its Quick Hyper-Local deliveries to electronics and accessories categories with 30-minute delivery promise across 10 cities.

This comes amid a high boost in the quick-commerce industry across Indian cities. Blinkit parent Eternal reported a net order value (NOV) growth of 137% YoY to Rs 11,679 crore, its highest ever in the last ten quarters. Its revenue grew 171%, while Eternal’s overall growth stood at 65%.


In its Q2 results, the company stated that it plans to expand Blinkit's dark store network to 3,000 by March 2027, from 1,816 as of September 30.

Apart from JioMart, other segments of Reliance Retail Ventures Limited (RRVL) delivered double-digit growth in Q2 with revenue of Rs 90,018 crore.

RRVL Q2 Updates:

• Consumer Electronics delivered 18% YoY growth aided by GST rate reduction and new launches
• Fashion & Lifestyle business grew 22% YoY led by strong festive growth
• RRVL expanded store network with 412 new store openings, taking the total store count to 19,821
• Total area under operation stood at 77.8 million sq. ft., down by 2% YoY
• The registered customer base grew to 369 million
