Future Enterprises set to seal Reliance Retail deal; know all the details
Future Enterprises' board meet is slated to happen tomorrow, i.e. 29 August 2020, to discuss and finalise the sale of the group’s retail business to Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Retail. It is likely to be an all-cash deal where Reliance's retail subsidiary will take on Future Group’s debt and liabilities, and pick up a minority stake in the latter’s FMCG arm, as per a latest Economic Times (ET) report.
