Vibhor Jain, former managing director for north India with Cushman & Wakefield has launched Carbon Guardians, which will provide carbon neutral managed office spaces to corporates. From leasing and interior fit-outs to facility management, these workspaces allow businesses to thrive while meeting their sustainability objectives.

With commercial office space leasing reaching a record high in 2024 and more corporates looking to make India as the main office, environment friendly office space are priority for such corporates.

While corporates take care of operational carbon emissions, Embodied carbon emissions is often ignored due to its complex nature.
