Ventive Hospitality eyes Hilton Goa stake, land in Rs 320-crore deal
Ventive Hospitality has proposed to acquire a 76% stake in Soham Leisure Ventures, owner of the Hilton Goa Resort, and a land parcel in Goa for an enterprise value of ₹320 crore.
The initial cash outlay of ₹120 crore will secure an operational 104-key resort with development potential for an additional 60-65 keys on the existing site, as well as four acres of land in Goa earmarked for branded villas with an estimated gross sale value of over ₹100 crore, Ventive said in a news release. Proceeds from villa sales are expected to further strengthen the company's cash flows, it said.
This marks Ventive's first entry into Goa. The 104-key Hilton Goa Resort recorded an average daily rate of ₹11,873 at 76% occupancy in fiscal 2025, it said.
Ventive develops and operates hotel properties in partnerships with brands such as Marriott International and Hilton. It also develops and manages commercial office spaces and retail facilities.
