NEW DELHI: Real estate firm, Vatika Group plans to invest Rs 140 crore in next 2-3 years to develop a housing complex at Jaipur in Rajasthan.
The residential complex, Urban Woods, spread over 17.33 acres would be a part of Vatika Infotech City, which is being developed in 808 acres, the company said in a release.
The company plans to construct 433 apartments in sizes ranging from 1,900 to 2,600 sq ft in row-housing scheme.
The development work has started and the company plans to complete the construction in next 2-3 years.
Vatika Infotech City would also have a 53 acre IT Park, which has recently received the SEZ status, spread over 6.5 million sq ft.
