UrbanVault leases 100,000 sq ft in Chennai, expanding national portfolio to 3 million sq ft

New Delhi: Flexible workspace provider UrbanVault has leased 100,000 sq ft of workspace across three properties in Chennai.

The company's Chennai portfolio includes Olympia Teknos and UV IPL in Guindy, and Ceebros Chambers on Velachery Main Road.

The Chennai expansion marks UrbanVault's entry into its seventh city, taking its national portfolio to more than 3 million sq. ft. across 80+ centres.


The company expects its annual revenue to cross Rs 350 crore in FY27, supported by continued expansion across major business markets and growing demand for managed and flexible workspaces.
