Unity Infra bags Rs 102.14 cr project from Magarpatta Retail
Unity Infraprojects has received a letter of intent from Magarpatta Retail for civil construction of Magarpatta retail mall at Pune. The contract is valued at Rs 102.14 crore and will be completed in 9.5 months.

MUMBAI: Unity Infraprojects has received a letter of intent from Magarpatta Retail for civil construction of Magarpatta retail mall at Pune. The contract is valued at Rs 102.14 crore and will be completed in 9.5 months.
Earlier in December, the company received a letter of intent from Offbeat Developers, for construction of Market City mall at Kurla, a Mumbai suburb. The contract was valued at Rs 57.41 crore and will be completed within 15 months.
At 10:36, Unity Infraprojects shares were down 0.56 per cent at Rs 908.90 on BSE.
