Unitech gets shareholders nod
Real estate developer Unitech Ltd on Monday said it has received shareholders approval for corporate guarantees of Rs 510 crore to two companies.

MUMBAI: Real estate developer Unitech Ltd on Monday said it has received shareholders approval for corporate guarantees of Rs 510 crore to two companies.
The shareholders of the company, by way of postal ballot, approved the corporate guarantee of Rs 450 crore to Allahabad Bank in respect of Unitech Hi-Tech Developers Ltd, Unitech informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The company also got an approval for corporate guarantee of Rs 60 crore to Standard Chartered Bank in respect of Pioneer Urban Land & Infrastructure Ltd, it added.
The shares of the company were trading at Rs 225.10, up 2.04 per cent at the BSE.
