TVS Emerald acquires 12-acre land parcel on Chennai’s Radial Road

Realty developer TVS Emerald has acquired a 12-acre land parcel on Radial Road (PTR) in Chennai in one of the largest real estate deals in the southern city in the last two years.

The acquisition comes with a development potential of 2.5 million sft and a revenue potential of Rs 2,800 crore, the company said in a release.

“This deal reinforces our commitment to strategic growth and market leadership in Chennai and Bengaluru…This move aligns perfectly with our vision of developing world-class properties in high-potential locations,” said Sriram Iyer, Director & CEO, TVS Emerald.


This marks the TVS Holdings subsidiary’s third land acquisition in the current financial year and follows the acquisition of a 4-acre land parcel earlier this year in Padur, Chennai and a 4-acre parcel in Thanisandra, Bengaluru. This strategic acquisition also marks TVS Emerald's third venture on Radial Road.

TVS Emerald has so far delivered around 3.6 million sq ft of residential developments in Chennai and has nearly 8.6 million sq ft of projects under development.
