Company’s latest project Tulip Melrose, will be one of the tallest residential developments on Southern Peripheral Road (SPR), Gurugram at a height of 495 feet.
With an estimated investment of approximately Rs 1,100 crore, the 7.5-acre development is executive in partnership with the land owner.
“Southern Peripheral Road is entering a phase of growth and is steadily establishing itself among NCR's most important luxury residential destinations,” said Parveen Jain, Chairman & Managing Director, Tulip Infratech Group.
Southern Peripheral Road continues to witness rapid transformation into one of NCR's most sought-after luxury residential destinations. Strengthened by significant infrastructure upgrades, improved connectivity with Golf Course Road, Dwarka Expressway and NH-48, expanding commercial development and growing employment hubs, SPR is attracting strong demand from entrepreneurs,senior professionals, multinational corporations, Global CapabilityCentres (GCCs).
"In addition to Tulip Melrose, we are executing another residential project nearby and a large scale project on the Golf Course Road. We will focus on these three projects and don’t have any plan to launch any new project this year,” said Siddharth Jain of Tulip Infratech Group.
Tulip Monsella, a 19.5-acre mixed-use project on Golf Course Road is being executed with an investment of Rs 3,600 crore, while Tulip Crimson on SPR will require an investment of Rs 1,200 crore.
