Trehan IRIS partners with Marriott for Greater Noida hotel

Realty developer Trehan Iris, has entered in a partnership with Courtyard by Marriott, bringing the Marriott brand to Noida region for the first time. The hotel will be part of Iris Broadway, Greno West, a mixed-use development. The new hotel will offer 135 rooms and banquet facilities for over 2000 persons.

"This collaboration enhances accessibility and convenience,” said Aman Trehan, Executive Director, Trehan Iris.

The Courtyard by Marriott will be operational by 2027.

Iris Broadway Greno West by Trehan Iris is one of the premium retail led mixed use development designed by the globally renowned architect, Benoy of UK, known for Ferrari World and Dubai City Walk.

Spanning 3.4 acres, this 100% lease based, fully air-conditioned mall features retail outlets and gourmet dining. With a total investment of Rs 400 crore, it will have a 25,000 sq ft central atrium which will serve as the town square and will feature Golden Petals and a vertical green landscape.
