Traders to discuss entry of global players in retail sector
The Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) will held a two-day conference at Nagpur from December 26 to discuss various issues including the entry of national and multinational players in the retail sector.

NEW DELHI: The Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) will held a two-day conference at Nagpur from December 26 to discuss various issues including the entry of national and multinational players in the retail sector.
The traders' conference assumes significance as it is held in the wake of globalisation facilitating the entry of multinational and domestic corporates into retail trade, Praveen Khandelwal, Secretary General of CAIT, said in a statement here.
The conference, to be attended by trade leaders of all states, would also deal with other issues relating to trading class, the statement added.
