Tata leases 1,56,000 sq ft Gurgaon space to PepsiCo, Johnson controls

Tata Realty and Infrastructure, the real estate development arm of Tata group, has leased out over 156,000 sq ft office space at commercial tower Intellion Edge and its information technology park, Intellion Park, in Gurgaon to PepsiCo and Johnson Controls.

Of the leased space, Johnson Controls, the global leader for smart, healthy, and sustainable buildings, has leased 85,000 sq ft of office space in Intellion Park. PepsiCo, which is one of the world's largest food and beverage enterprises, has inked an agreement for around 71,000 sq ft of space in Intellion Edge.

In the next 24 months, the lease will fetch Tata Realty operating income worth around ₹27 crore.
