Tata Housing adds 300 units to low-cost housing project

TATA Housing, which announced an affordable housing project starting from Rs 3.9 lakh in Boisar, on Monday, said the number of houses that will be offered under the project has been increased to 1,300 from 1,000 units.

MUMBAI: TATA Housing, which announced an affordable housing project starting from Rs 3.9 lakh in Boisar, on Monday, said the number of houses that will be offered under the project has been increased to 1,300 from 1,000 units.

Brotin Banerjee, MD and CEO, Tata Housing, said: ���These additional houses would be built on the same land as the earlier houses. We have decided to increase the number of houses, following the huge demand, and to accommodate as many people as possible.��� About 15,000 people picked up the forms, of which 7,000 buyers have paid the token money of Rs 10,000.

The cost will remain the same for these additional houses.
