TARC Ltd reports Rs 22.64 crore profit after tax for Q1FY27, representing a strong QoQ recovery from Rs 1.61 crore in Q4 FY26 while quarterly presales stood at Rs 602 crore, registering a strong 3x year-on-year growth.

Collections stood at Rs 305 crore, up 80% year-on-year, supported by healthy customer conversions and strong collection efficiency, resulting in robust cash flow visibility.

Total Income for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 218.71 crore, reflecting continued revenue recognition from TARC Tripundra while EBITDA for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 41.76 crore, marking a significant improvement from Rs 1.05 crore in Q4 FY26.


Construction continues to progress across the company’s ongoing developments, with key milestones being achieved across projects. In parallel, the company is advancing its next generation of luxury and ultra-luxury developments, with design and planning progressing in line with its launch roadmap.
