Tantia Constructions bags six contracts worth Rs 102 cr

Infrastructure company Tantia Constructions on Thursday said it has bagged six orders worth Rs 102.10 crore for construction of road links and maintenance of rail link.

MUMBAI: Infrastructure company Tantia Constructions on Thursday said it has bagged six orders worth Rs 102.10 crore for construction of road links and maintenance of rail link.

Amongst them, three worth around Rs 12.50 crore are from National Hydroelectric Power Corporation (NHPC). The work includes maintenance of roads in Patna.

The other two projects worth Rs 70.83 crore are from the World Bank Projects (Roads) in Lucknow and it includes road rehabilitation work under Uttar Pradesh State Road Projects.

The sixth order it has won is the project for a rail work worth Rs 18.77 crore from Eastern Railway for construction related work between Azimganj station to the proposed bridge site across the river Bhagirathi, the company informed in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.

The shares of the company were trading at Rs 136.50, up 1.19 per cent on the BSE.
