Table Space adds 4.2 lakh sq ft in Maharashtra as GCC demand drives managed office boom

The bulk of the Maharashtra expansion — around 376,000 sq ft — is concentrated in Pune across three micro-markets. At Wakad (EON West), Table Space has taken roughly 130,000 sq ft near the intersection of the Pune-Mumbai Expressway and the Mumbai-Bangalore Highway, targeting the technology talent pool in Hinjewadi and Baner. “A larger centre of approximately 146,000 sq ft has come up at Yerwada, located 750 metres from the Yerwada Metro station and five kilometres from Pune Airport — a configuration suited to GCC leadership teams with high mobility requirements. In Koregaon Park, the company has consolidated its presence at a Godrej property to reach roughly 100,000 sq ft, targeting BFSI firms and corporate headquarters,” the company said.

Table Space has also entered Navi Mumbai for the first time, securing space at Mindspace Airoli East. The company is positioning the site as a cost-efficient alternative to the Mumbai central business district, with access to talent catchments in Thane and Navi Mumbai and proximity to the upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport.
“Enterprises are increasingly prioritising speed-to-market and ESG compliance,” said Kunal Mehra, President and Co-CEO. “We are enabling global brands to scale with agility.”
In a recent deal, it leased 5.34 lakh sq ft of office space in Gurugram at ₹3.47 crore per month to Google. According to market sources the company has some of the prominent name in the industry as clients- EY, Dell, Fujitsu, AMD, GKN Aerospace, Shell and Analog Devices.

Accoridng to industry data, Global Capability Centres now account for an estimated 40% of Grade-A office leasing in India, making them the single largest driver of enterprise demand for managed workspace with Bangaloreasa hub.
