Sunteck Realty October-December pre-sales Rs 396 crores, up 12% on-year

Realty developer Sunteck Realty has recorded pre-sales of over Rs 396 crores for the quarter ended December, up 12% from a year ago. The quarterly performance has pushed the company’s 9-month pre-sales to Rs over Rs 1,096 crores, up 33%.

The company’s collections also rose 13% on-year to Rs 304 crore taking its first three quarters of 2022-23 to Rs 920 crores, a 42% growth from a year ago.

The collection efficiency for the 9-month period stood at 86% as against 81% a year ago.
