The upcoming projects spread across residential apartments and plotted developments, cover nearly 90 acres and will together deliver over 4,000 homes, including more than 400 plots. The projects are located in high-demand micro-markets such as Whitefield, Panathur, Marathahalli–Thubarahalli, Rachenahalli and the Devanahalli belt—areas benefiting from infrastructure upgrades and proximity to major employment hubs.
With this portfolio, Sumadhura Group is sharpening its focus on Bengaluru’s fast-growing luxury residential corridors, where buyer preference is steadily shifting towards larger homes, lifestyle-driven communities and branded amenities. East Bengaluru continues to be a major demand driver, accounting for a significant share of recent residential launches, particularly in the premium segment.
Madhusudhan G, Chairman and Managing Director, Sumadhura Group, said the company is entering 2026 with a strong pipeline aligned to market demand. “The projects are designed to cater to discerning homebuyers seeking spacious layouts, extensive green spaces and integrated lifestyle infrastructure, while also strengthening the group’s long-term growth trajectory in Bengaluru”.
Among the upcoming developments are three RERA-approved residential projects—Folium by Sumadhura Phase 4, Sumadhura Edition and Sumadhura Solace. Folium Phase 4, located in Whitefield, is positioned as a resort-inspired development anchored by a large branded clubhouse with sports, wellness and recreational facilities. Sumadhura Edition, also in Whitefield’s Siddapura locality, draws on classic British architectural themes, blending heritage-inspired design with contemporary living. Sumadhura Solace, on Marathahalli Main Road at Thubarahalli, features lake-facing residences focused on openness, natural light and modern design.
Additional planned developments within FY26 include Sumadhura Elysium at Panathur in East Bengaluru, Solea by Sumadhura at Rachenahalli, and Sumadhura Panorama Phase 2 at Devanahalli in North Bengaluru, further expanding the group’s footprint across key growth corridors.
With nearly three decades of presence in South India, Sumadhura Group has delivered over 56 projects covering about 17 million sq ft and has more than 40 million sq ft under development. While residential projects remain its core focus, the group has diversified into commercial, warehousing and co-living segments, positioning itself to tap multiple real estate opportunities as Bengaluru’s urban expansion accelerates.
