Sumadhura Group, a real estate development in South India, has leased 5 lakh sq. ft of commercial space at its flagship development, Sumadhura Capitol Towers, located at Hope Farm Junction in Whitefield, Bengaluru.

The leases span across both office and retail segments, reflecting strong market appetite for Grade A+ real estate in India’s top-performing office market. These leasing deals are expected to generate annual revenues of ₹50 crore.

Leading office occupiers include First Brand Group, Terex India, and Saiharmony Solutions India, representing sectors such as IT/ITeS, engineering, consulting, and AI. In the retail zone, Capitol Towers has curated a vibrant mix of tenants such as Blue Tokai (café & bakery), Sinonna & Mad Doh (pizzeria), The Harvest Salad (Mexican salad bar), Thyme & Whisk (fine dining), Belancia (salon & spa), and Klay (childcare/creche). Lease tenures range from 3 to 5 years, underlining long-term confidence in the location and property.
