The company plans to open five new centres in early 2026, strengthening its footprint across key technology and commercial hubs. The expansion marks the next phase of SpazeOne’s growth strategy, with a clear focus on scale, regional depth and enterprise-led demand.
Bengaluru remains central to this push. SpazeOne plans to add around 2 lakh sq ft of managed office space in the city, backed by an initial investment of ₹2 crore. Its upcoming centre in Whitefield, near the Seetharamapalaya Metro Station, is designed to support phased expansion within the same building, offering flexibility to large occupiers and global capability centres (GCCs).
“South India, especially Bengaluru, continues to be a strong engine for enterprises, GCCs and startups,” said Sijo Jose, Co-Founder, SpazeOne. “Our focus is on building future-ready workspaces that scale seamlessly with our clients as they grow.”
The company sees deeper opportunity in Bengaluru and plans to open another 5–6 centres in the city over the next two years. These centres will collectively add nearly 2 lakh sq ft of managed office space, with a proposed investment of about ₹50 crore. Locations under consideration include Whitefield, Koramangala, HSR Layout, MG Road and Indiranagar—micro-markets that continue to attract technology-led firms and enterprise teams.
Beyond Bengaluru, SpazeOne will launch new centres in the first quarter of 2026 at Alapatt Heritage on MG Road, Caspian Tech Park Phase-2 at Infopark Kakkanad and AMV Park, Kundanoor in Kochi; Alagendira Plaza on Avinashi Road in Coimbatore; and Maruthi Onyx in Bengaluru.
With an existing operational footprint of over 5.5 lakh sq ft and close to 8,000 seats across Kochi, Trivandrum, Calicut, Coimbatore and Bengaluru, SpazeOne is steadily positioning itself as a leading regional managed workspace platform in South India, betting on sustained enterprise demand and the continued shift towards flexible office models.
