SKA Group to invest Rs 592 crore to develop a luxury residential project in Greater Noida

Realty developer SKA Group will invest Rs 592 crore to develop a luxury residential project in Greater Noida on the land it had acquired from the local authority in an auction.

SKA Destiny One will be company’s maiden luxury residential project and will be spread over 1.4 million sq ft.

“The buyer is looking for bigger apartments with best of the amenities. As a result, we have also shifted focus towards luxury development. We aim to complete the project within the five years timeline,” said Sanjay Sharma, Director, SKA Group.


The project will comprise 645 units spreading vertically in 3 towers (Alpha, Beta and Gama). Alpha will have 34 floors, while Beta and Gama will each have 32 floors. Alpha Tower will have 133 units, while the Beta and Gama towers will have 256 units each. Approximately 1% of the constructed area will be dedicated to commercial activities.

SKA Group has completed several residential and commercial projects in the NCR and has delivered SKA Green Mansion, Skardi Greens, SKA Greenarch, and SKA Metro Ville. While its ongoing projects include SKA Divya Towers, SKA Orion, and SKA Arcadia.
