Sanjali Bajaj, daughter of Bajaj Group scion Sanjiv Bajaj, has purchased a sea-view luxury residential apartment in a tower on Dr. Annie Besant Road in Mumbai’s Worli locality for Rs 66.41 crore.

The deal for the apartment spread over a carpet area of 5,510 sq ft is valued at over Rs 1,20,500 per sq ft. The apartment on the 5th habitable floor also includes an exclusive balcony spanning 430 sq ft.

It also comes with two additional portions on the 8th podium level, measuring 1,360.89 sq ft and 14.20 sq ft, primarily for parking and ancillary use, shows the documents accessed through Zapkey.com.


The buyer has paid stamp duty worth Rs 3.32 crore for the registration of the transaction that took place on November 14.

In late 2022, the Bajaj family members had acquired five ultra-luxury sea-view apartments in Mahalaxmi for a total of Rs 104 crore.
