Runwal Group set to lease 9,400 sq ft from Omkar Realtors

Realty developer Runwal Group is set to pick up 9,400 sq ft office space in commercial building Runwal & Omkar Esquare in central Mumbai’s Sion locality on a long-term lease from Omkar Realtors & Developers, said persons familiar with the development.

The space is located on the 6th floor of the building that houses offices of both the developers.

Both the developers declined to comment for the story.


Currently, Runwal Group operates from the fourth and fifth floors of the 10-storeyed building, while Omkar Realtors owns three floors including the ground floor.
