New Delhi: Real estate developer RPS Group will invest Rs 110 crore in plotting project, RPS Azalea in Sector 29, Bahadurgarh. Spanning 19.79 acres under the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana (DDJAY) scheme, plot size in the project varies from 125-180 sq yards.

Construction is set to commence immediately, with delivery targeted for 2027.

RPS Group is also developing a 2-acre clubhouse featuring premium amenities.


“We see Bahadurgarh evolving into a key growth destination, and with Azalea, we aim to create a space that aligns with the aspirations of modern homeowners while contributing meaningfully to the city’s development,” said Shashank Gupta, Director of RPS Group.

Located in Sector 29, RPS Azalea benefits from regional connectivity. The site is positioned near UER II and is in close proximity to major arteries, including Delhi-Rohtak Expressway, KMP Expressway and KGP Expressway.

These links place Delhi, Gurugram, and the Kharkhoda IMT Maruti hub within an approximate 20-minute drive.
