Reema H. Kundnani quits Brookfield Properties

Reema H. Kundnani has moved on from Brookfield Properties, concluding a four-year tenure as Executive Vice President – Head of Marketing and Key Account Management.

Kundnani, who navigated three roles and secured two promotions during her stint, described her team as her “greatest joy,” highlighting the culture of collaboration and high performance built under her leadership.

With over 26 years of experience across real estate and technology, Kundnani played a pivotal role in strengthening Brookfield’s India business. She steered marketing and client engagement across its pan-India commercial portfolio and was instrumental in elevating Brookfield India REIT’s brand presence. Her focus on communication, placemaking initiatives, and tenant relationships contributed to leasing success and brand differentiation.


Outside Brookfield, Kundnani continues to remain active in academia and industry. She serves on the Board of NMIMS University’s MBA program and advises MarTech firm K2V2 Technologies. She has worked closely with SEBI, the Finance Ministry, and the Indian REIT Association to further investor education and regularly shares insights at forums such as CII, ET Brand Equity, and Realty+.

Looking ahead, Kundnani hinted at writing a book, launching a podcast, mentoring startups, and experimenting with AI-driven learning models.
