Realty developer Trehan Iris partners with Sarovar Hotels for property in Gurgaon

Realty developer Trehan Iris has partnered with Sarovar Hotels for a 79-room property in Gurgaon. With an investment of Rs 75 crore, and anticipated revenue of Rs 10-12 crore, the hotel is located in sector 85, Gurgaon.

"The opening of Iris Sarovar Portico enhances our vision of developing integrated spaces where retail, entertainment, and hospitality seamlessly come together,” said Abhishek Trehan, Executive Director, Trehan Iris.

It is part of Iris Broadway mall, wish is spread over 2.8 acres, and is 100% leased with over 45 operational brands.
