Raymond Realty expands beyond Thane, launches its first Mumbai project

Raymond Realty, the realty arm of Raymond Group, announced on February 20 the launch of its first project outside Thane -- ‘The Address by GS, Bandra’.

This is part of a company plan to expand beyond Thane through joint development agreements in the MMR region.

The new project is inspired by the major success of its Thane’s flagship project -- ‘The Address by GS’ -- which has emerged as Thane's bestseller in premium category and is set to be delivered two years ahead of its timeline, a company filing said.


The new project is spread over an area of 2.74 acres. It will have good connectivity to prime locations like Bandra-Kurla Complex, Bandra-Worli Sea link and some other popular locations, the company said.

The project will have mix of 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments. The company says it will feature 30 world class amenities including a 16000 square feet state-of-the-art clubhouse.

It will also have an exclusive high-street retail space, the statement added.

The project will come up at Nirmal Nagar, Bandra East. The company is eyeing a revenue of Rs 2,000 crore from the project.

Raymond Realty is now the fifth biggest property developer in the MMR region and has developed over 5,000 homes so far, the release furthre said.
