Raymond Realty Q4 pre-sales jump over 2-fold to Rs 1,519 cr

Raymond Realty’s Q4 sales bookings jumped to Rs 1,519 crore from Rs 636 crore a year ago, with FY 2025-26 pre-sales rising 31% to Rs 3,023 crore. The company has a project pipeline worth Rs 43,000 crore in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

New Delhi: Raymond Realty Ltd on Thursday reported a more than two-fold jump in its sales bookings to Rs 1,519 crore for the quarter ended March, on better demand for its residential properties.

In a regulatory filing, Raymond Realty said its sales bookings or pre-sales rose 31 per cent to Rs 3,023 crore during the full 2025-26, from Rs 2,314 crore in the preceding financial year.


The company has a strong launch pipeline of projects that carries a total revenue potential of Rs 43,000 crore across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). These projects will be launched over the next few years.
