Ratnawali plans Rs 100-crore industrial park

Jaipur based Ratnawali Colonisers Private Limited is planning to invest Rs 100 crore in setting up a 165-acre multi-zone and multiproduct industrial park at Kishangarh, 90 kms from Jaipur.

JAIPUR: Jaipur based Ratnawali Colonisers Private Limited is planning to invest Rs 100 crore in setting up a 165-acre multi-zone and multiproduct industrial park at Kishangarh, 90 kms from Jaipur. Ratnawali Colonisers Private Limited CEO S K Sharma told ET that the park would be the first such industrial hub of the private sector in the state.

It has signed an MoU with Rajasthan government for developing this industrial zone under the Industrial Promotion Policy. “The park will be developed and handed over to the allottees by 2010. The units will have to start manufacturing in two years after the possession. We expect to attract an investment of Rs 2000 crore in next 5 years apart from creating 30000 direct and indirect jobs.

We are in talks with a few big players including a Pune based leading automobile group to anchor the project,” he said. The park would have 176 units divided into various zones like marble, auto/auto components, engineering, food processing and general zone which would house industry of any nature.

“We would also develop adequate social infrastructure to fulfill the social requirements of people working in the park,” he said. The park is in the vicinity of the proposed Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor, which would pass through Kishangarh. “We are in talks with DMIC Development Corporation for providing us facilities to be provided to units located in the corridor,” he said.
