GURGAON: Raheja Developers will launch a group housing scheme consisting of 6000 apartments spread over various sectors of Gurgaon.
Navin M Raheja said the clear title of the land and well systemised result-oriented procedures evolved by the company immensely helped in speedily obtaining the licences.
The company has also organised bank loans for the group housing scheme.
The projects launched are Raisina in Sector 59 and Vedaanta in Sector 108.
