Prestige Group to invest Rs 1,800 crore in integrated destination at Bengaluru Airport City

Bengaluru: The Prestige Group will invest around Rs 1,800 crore in a mixed-use development comprising business, hospitality and entertainment facilities within Bengaluru Airport City, the realty developer said.

The project will include a convention and exhibition centre that can accommodate about 8,000 people, luxury hotels, premium office spaces, as well as retail, food and beverage and lifestyle offerings, the company said in a news release.

Construction is expected to begin in early 2027, with the development forming a key component of the long-term expansion of Bengaluru Airport City’s mixed-use urban ecosystem, the company said.


The broader development will include premium office spaces and experience-led retail zones, designed to create a work, stay and leisure environment within the airport corridor, the company said.

The project is being developed in partnership with Bangalore International Airport Ltd.
