Prestige Group to develop Rs 5,600 crore project in Gurugram

New Delhi: Prestige Group has entered into a joint development agreement with a local developer in Gurugram to develop a 17.14-acre land parcel in Sector 109, Gurgaon.

The project will have a saleable area of approximately 2.8 million sq. ft., with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately Rs 5,600 crore.

The land parcel enjoys connectivity to the Dwarka Expressway, providing seamless connectivity to key residential, commercial and social infrastructure destinations across Gurgaon and Delhi.


This acquisition further strengthens Prestige Group’s presence in the National Capital Region and adds significant scale to its residential pipeline in the north. The strategic location, coupled with the region’s robust residential demand and ongoing infrastructure development, makes this an important addition to the Group’s NCR portfolio.

As of June 2026, the Group has delivered 319 projects spanning 216 million sq. ft. and currently has a pipeline of 137 projects across 229 million sq. ft.
