Prestige Estates expects Rs 2,850 crore revenue from 2 new housing projects in Bengaluru

New Delhi: Realty firm Prestige Estates Projects will develop two new housing projects in Bengaluru with a total revenue potential of Rs 2,850 crore.

In a regulatory filing on Friday, the company informed that it has launched a 12-acre housing project 'Prestige Parklane' in Devanahalli, Bengaluru, comprising 1,788 homes.

The project has a total saleable area of 1.7 million sq ft and carries a revenue potential of Rs 1,750 crore, it added.


Last week, the company launched a new 10-acre housing project, comprising 655 premium apartments. The overall development is 0.93 million sq ft of saleable area, with an estimated revenue of Rs 1,100 crore.

Prestige Group is one of India's leading real estate developers. Its portfolio includes residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and integrated township projects across major cities. As of June 2026, the Group has delivered 319 projects spanning 216 million sq ft.
