Pratyush Pandey, CEO of Upflex India, Anarock’s joint venture with the US-based flexible workspace platform has quit the firm.

He has worked with Anarock for eight-year in various leadership roles. A founding member of the firm since its inception in 2017, Pratyush established and scaled three business verticals—HVS, Warehousing and Industrial, and most recently, Upflex India.

Within just two years, he led the Upflex India to profitability, securing investment and achieving a valuation of Rs 125 crore.


Pratyush began his real estate career in 2000 with Chesterton Meghraj which became later became Trammell Crow Meghraj, and was subsequently acquired by JLL India. He remained with JLL until 2017 before joining Anarock, where he played a key role in its expansion into new business domains.
