Pratibha Ind bags Rs 58.92 cr residential contract

MUMBAI: Pratibha Industries has bagged a contract valued at Rs 58.92 crore from Vijay Associates Constructions, for construction of residential complex.

The total area to be constructed is about 25 lakh square feet. The contract will be completed in 33 months. The project includes construction of four high-rise towers of 49 floors.

At 11:33 pm, Pratibha Industries shares were down 1.69 per cent at Rs 259.25 on BSE, in line with the broad market.
